1. ALL Members must be enrolled by Monday, June 23, 2025
2. SNAP/EBT/MI BRIDGE CARD/DUFB Members are required to pre-pay for each bag pick up.
3. All SNAP/EBT/MI BRIDGE CARD/DUFB must present payments in person beginning Monday, June 23, 2025 from 3 pm - 6 pm under the southernmost outdoor pavilion of SVRC Marketplace at 203 S. Washington Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48607. Please note: access to the pavilion is easiest from Water Street. Also note: THIS PROGRAM REQUIRES PRE-PAYMENT TO ENSURE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF PRDUCT PROCUREMENT. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THERE WILL BE NO BAG PICK UP ON THIS DAY. Every other payment will be collected at pick ups.
4. ALL Members are responsible for bag pick up on Mondays from June 30, 2025 - October 6, 2025 (excluding Monday, September 1, 2025) between the hours of 3 pm and 6 pm under the southernmost outdoor pavilion of SVRC Marketplace at 203 S. Washington Street, Saginaw, Michigan 48607. Please note: access to the pavilion is easiest from Water Street.
5. Members acknowledge that if they will be unable to pick up a bag on their selected days they are required to notify 989-577-5583 via text or voice message. **If the notification is received by the Friday prior to pick up the member will be eligible to pick up that weeks value at another Monday pick up. Either all at once or spaced over 2 - 4 bags. The availibilty of products will determine how those items are provided to the member. If the notification is received the Saturday through the Monday of pick up the members bag will be handled in the terms listed below.
5. Members acknowledge that if a bag is unclaimed by 6 pm on any pick up day, its contents are forfeited and subsiquentally donated to a local person/family in need via a local food bank or by using any other avenue to be sure the products are used before they expire.
5. Members acknowledge items within each bag reflect availibity from our Farmer vendors, local farmers, and other Michigan farms, Artisans and local bakeries.
6. Members acknowledge that the Downtown Saginaw Farmers' Market will provide th best quanity, quality and value of products available.
7. Members acknowledge unwanted items within bags at pick up can be donated to a local food bank by way of the Downtown Saginaw Farmers' Market.
8. Members acknowledge unwanted items may be replaced with available items not claimed by other members, however the Downtown Saginaw Farmers' Market accepts no responsibility in replacing unwanted items in any FAB pick up.
9. Members acknowledge each subscription is a commitment for a 14 week (seven or fourteen bags) program that is billed based on member pick up frequency selection on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
10. Members acknowledge reentry into the program after removal for non-payment is limited to program space/availibility during the 2025 season.
11. Members acknowledge that in addition to fresh produce bags may contain premium locally made, grown or produced spice mixes, gresh herbs, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, baked goods, meat, cheese and other diary items or fish unless otherwise excluded at registration.
12. Members acknowledge that the green insluated bags used week-to-week are property of the Downtown Saginaw Farmers' Market Fresh Food Access Bag Program. Bags must be returned each week for cleaning/sanitizing and reuse throughout the program. If a bag is not presented at pick up items will then be placed in reuseable shopping bags for transport. Members have the opportunity to return bags until the final week of the program. If a bag is outstanding, members will be charged $7 via invoice.
