  • Please join us for the PBR World Finals Parade along Exchange Avenue! Please submit your application by Thursday, May 1, 2026, for consideration. Participation in the parade is first come first in and PBR reserves the right to deny.

  • PBR WORLD FINALS PARADE RULES & GUIDELINES – these MUST be adhered to at all times:

    1. No entry fees.
    2. No items are to be thrown by participants.
    3. Items can be handed out by walkers alongside the float.
    4. No double horseback riding.
    5. Current Coggins paperwork is required for all equine entries.
    6. Any animal deemed unsafe will be removed from the parade.
    7. No stopping to visit along the route.
    8. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed during participation of the parade.
    9. No firearms or fireworks are to be discharged in assembly area or along route.
    10. One float per participant / organization unless approved by event management.
    11. Construction on floats take place on your own time and must be done prior to check-in.
    12. Floats may be pulled by automobiles, riding lawn tractors, tractors, ATVs. Approval by event management is required for all vehicle entries.
    13. Participants cannot move from one float to another or jump off a moving float.
    14. All vehicles used in the parade must be properly registered, insured, and drivers must have proper licensing for the vehicle.
    15. Adult representative will ride and/or walk alongside of the float and supervise pick-up of all participants.
    16. All riders must have a secure place to sit/stand.
    17. Participants may walk alongside their float.
    18. Participants are responsible for cleanup and removal of floats/decorations immediately after the parade ends.
    19. Entries are selected on their entertainment value, uniqueness, size, and appearance.
    20. Themes, posters, banners, etc., are to be appropriate and in good taste of the Professional Bull Riders guidelines. Everything must be deemed as “Family Friendly” and appropriate to be seen by all ages.
    21. The parade is presented for entertainment purposes only. It is not designed as a forum for political, social, religious, economic ideas or doctrines. The event management, in its sole discretion determine whether an entry is appropriate for this parade.
    22. If entry appearance or theme is not keeping with PBR guidelines, it will not be allowed to participate. (At the discretion of the event manager) if in doubt, ask ahead of time.
    23. Deadline to register and return application is Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 5:00P.M.

    Participation in the parade is at your own risk. The PBR Parade Management is not liable for any injury or damage that occurs as a result of participation in or as a result of the parade.

  • INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE:

    By signing below, I acknowledge that the very nature of any riding event is such that injury to a participant is a possibility, no matter how careful the Participants, Sponsors, Officers, Directors, Members, Employees, or Volunteers may be. I therefore (1) as an individual, (2) as a parent of legal guardian of a minor, OR (3) as an authorized agent or representative of the organization entering the parade, agree to save and hold harmless the Professional Bull Riders, The Fort Worth Stockyards Business Association, City of Fort Worth, Fort Worth Development, LLC, Fort Worth Heritage Entertainment LLC., Stockyards Coliseum, LLC its Officers, Directors, Members, Employees, and Volunteers for any expense, cause of action, damage or claim of damage of injury or claim as a result of participation in this event. I have also read and agree to follow the above parade rules.

  • PARADE ROUTE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE SENT ONCE PBR RECIEVES THE APPLICATION AND APPROVES ENTRY. ALL NEEDED PAPERWORK INCLUDING COGGINS, INSURANCE, REGISTRATION, AND DRIVER LICENSES IS TO BE SENT TO PARADE@PBR.COM  BY THURSDAY, MAY 1, 2025.  WAIVERS WILL BE SIGNED DURING CHECK-IN AND WILL BE REQUIRED FOR EACH PARTICIPANT.
