Welcome to VBS 2025

July 7-11, 2025

We are so excited to have your child join us this year! This year's theme is True North, where kid's will discover how to trust God in a wild world!

Please complete the following form (one form per family), taking time to answer the questions clearly. Once you're finished we will send you a confirmation email with instructions to pay. Each family will also be given access to 1 digital download of Sing and Play Peak Music per family.

Early bird pricing: $30 per child (must be paid by June 11)

Regular admission starting June 12: $40 per child

This year we will be accepting kids age 4 through grade 6 (entering gr. 6 in Fall 2025).

Your payment is due after you register. Payment via e-transfer is preferred. See registration email for payment instructions. You are still welcome to pay by cash or cheque at the church office.

Please read your confirmation email for special information for the week of True North! Also, watch your email for more information the week before VBS starts!

Please include severity of the allergy. Please indicate if your child will be carrying an epipen, or if their leader should be carrying one for them. BEHAVIORAL DETAILS: Please inform us of any details we need to know to help us support your child. Do they require one-on-one supervision? Please include details about any diagnosis or designation your child has been given. Due to our limited capacity and leader count we may not be able to accommodate children who need one-on-one supervision, although we will do our best.

FRIDAY BBQ* This field is required.Our VBS tradition is to invite the families of the kids to the closing session on Friday at 12:00pm and to join us for a BBQ right after. There is no additional cost to you or your children, but we ask you to let us know if you plan to join us so that we can plan for the food! *PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE VOLUNTEERING WE HAVE ALREADY COUNTED YOU FOR THE BBQ

Permission Waiver and Liability Release* This field is required.By signing below I certify that I am a parent or guardian of the named child or have been authorized by their parent/guardian to register them for VBS at Arnold Community Church. As the parent/guardian of the child registered above, I give permission to the Arnold Community Church staff and volunteers to oversee my child who is attending VBS for the duration of the 2025 program. I hereby release Arnold Community Church employees and volunteers from any liability whatsoever arising out of any injury, damage, or loss which may be sustained by my child or children (registered above) during the course of involvement with Arnold Community Church. In the event of an accident, I give Arnold Community Church staff permission to secure necessary medical aid, and I relieve Arnold Community Church of liability in such an event. I AGREE WITH THE ABOVE STATEMENT.
