LeadingAge Indiana Nurse Appreciation

As Nurse Appreciation Week approaches, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible dedication and compassion of our nursing staff in long-term care.
Submissions are due May 2nd, 2025

Do you know a nursing team whose hard work, kindness, and commitment have made a positive impact on residents and families? A DON who provides tireless efforts to improve her facility. A CNA that is the glue of the community? We want to hear about them!

Submit your nominations today, and we’ll send something special to a few of the nominated teams as a token of our appreciation. This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize the everyday heroes who make a difference in the lives of residents. We will be sharing stories and pictures on social media and in our upcoming newsletters during National Nurse Appreciation Week. (May 6th - 12th)

How to Nominate:

Simply submit a brief description of why you are nominating the team.
Include specific examples of their dedication and exceptional care.
