Spacious and central, located in two medium-sized rooms that can each be split into 2 booths.

Monthly Rent: $150
Commission on Sales: 10%
Spaces Available: 4 booths (2 per room)
Perks: Good foot traffic, flexible layout, visibility from multiple angles.

Front Room Booths

Premium placement — right at the entrance and near the checkout counter. High visibility = higher sales potential.

Split into 2 booths $300/month each
Commission on Sales: 5%
Spaces Available: 1 room (or 2 booths)
Perks: Prime retail spot, excellent exposure, ideal for high-volume or featured vendors, lowest commission fees.

Daily staff coverage - no need to be present to sell Regular marketing & social media promotion Monthly sales reports Clean, organized shopping experience Bi-weekly pay (5th and 20th of each month)

Vendors are responsible for tagging and pricing inventory Inventory restocking encouraged at least monthly

Initial commitment: 3-month minimum

Rent due on the 1st of each month
