  • Indian Land Christmas Parade Vendor Form 2025

  • This year we are excited to offer an INDOOR space for craft vendors and local artists at a special “Christmas Village” as well as space for food trucks and vendors along the parade route. Vendors must provide their own (silent) power source; there will be no electricity available. ILCPO and its organizers are not responsible for losses, injuries or damages resulting from participation at the parade or events/activities leading up to the parade. The Indian Land Christmas Parade is a rain or shine event so fees will not be refunded in the event of inclement weather. Christmas Village vendors will be located primarily inside Indian Land Middle School gym and in nearby common areas. Outdoor food trucks and vendor tents will be primarily located in the parking lot between Indian Land Intermediate School and Indian Land Middle School. All vendors spots will be assigned prior to the event. Proceeds from all vendors will be split between the three parent teacher organizations from the Indian Land area elementary schools.
