- Vendor space is limited and subject to approval.
- Payment (if applicable) must be made upon approval.
- I am responsible for setup, cleanup, and compliance with event rules.
- I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or videos of my participation in the event for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and printed materials.
- I release the event organizers from liability for any damages, losses, or injuries.
