Forest Hills Robotics League is a Parent collaboration program that requires an adult accompanying your child to every session. Our coaches are parent volunteers and our teams can only be successful with the full participation of all the kids and their adult supporters. JFLL LevelWe have 4 levels of Junior teams. Each level work with different LEGO sets that is best fit for their age. Returning member will move to the next level up option.

JFLL Member Fee

Please note the season will run from September - November.(8 sessions + Expo)

The fee for Junior League member:

Level 1 Discover - $300 - 60 min @9 sessions

Level 2 Explore -  $350 - 60 min @9 sessions

Level 3 Master -  $450 - 60 min @9 sessions

Level 4 Advanced -  $500 - 90 min @9 sessions

*Plus $25.00 registration fee for new member.

We will notify you by June on whether if you have received an offer to join a team or not.

No payment is needed until you accept a seat on the team. We will then send you the link to make your payment online.

FLL Teams:

Our FIRST LEGO League (FLL) teams are competition teams. They meet on Saturday for 120 minutes, from September to January (or March). The team will create a competition ready robot and a Research Project targeted for each season's challenge. The team will compete in the NYC Qualifier tournament, and if the team qualifies then their season will extend to the Semi-Final and Final Championship in Feburary and March.

Please note the season will run from September through January of next year. (or extends till March if the team qualifies for the Championship)

The fee for new member is $600 ($600 + $25 registration fee for new member only).

We will notify you by June on whether if you have received an offer to join a team or not.

No payment is needed until you accept a seat on the team. We will then send you the link to make your payment online.

FTC Details:

We have several FTC teams. Our FTC teams meet for 4-8 hours on Saturdays from September through March at PS144. (Sat 1:00 - 5:00pm)

FTC members are selected by invitation after the interviews by our FTC teams. If you have not been interviewed, we will contact you to arrange for an online interview.
