Applications submitted by May 30, 2025 will be reviewed by the Parks & Events Team for acceptance by the City. The City may accept or reject any applicant, at their discretion.
Notification of acceptance of your application will be sent in early June. You will receive additional information, parking pass, booth location, and time slot assignment in mid-June.
IMPORTANT: City acceptance of your application establishes certain mutual rights and responsibilities.
