Ava is a Senior who is majoring in Visual Arts at ULL…she is an emerging talent and recognized artist regularly featured in gallery exhibitions. Ava will inspire and nurture your young artist with a variety of engaging and educational art classes!

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby approve my child’s participation in any activities prepared by City Club at River Ranch during the selected program. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by City Club at River Ranch, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless City Club at River Ranch and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I waive all claims against City Club at River Ranch, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.
