Why do you want to help with Vacation Bible School at Bethany Church?
There are many different ways that your gifts and talents can be used at VBS. Here are the roles available and the job duties:

Crew Leader - Assist the groups of children as they move from station to station. Keeping them on task, building relationships and having fun. *Most current need is for this role!*

Floater - Willing to help out wherever needed based on the day & number of kids.

Sound/Media Team - Help with the videos, slides and microphone needs on stage fort the opening and closing singing time. **This role needs to be pretrained on the system by the Bethany Worship Director**

Nursery Helper - Keep the children of the volunteers who are under the age of 4, busy and happy with indoor and outdoor play and fun.

Photography Team - Move throughout the church taking pictures and videos of VBS that can be used in a slideshow and future church needs.

Prayer Anchor Team - Must be a member of Bethany Church and willing to cover VBS in prayer as you're present for VBS. Also this team will help in answering faith questions for children, leading them towards the Lord as you share the gospel and build relationship.

Game Time Station Helper - Work under the Station Leader to facilitate games and activities for the children.

Craft Station Helper - Work under Craft Leaders to assist children as they create their crafts.

Snack Station Helper - Work under the Station Leader to help prepare, serve, and clean up the snacks that the children enjoy. Also assist the Station Leader in teaching the kids their daily Bible Verse.

VBS Lead Team - The members of this team are in charge of the various stations that the children rotate to. *These roles have already been assigned by our Director of Children's Ministry.*

ALL volunteers for VBS MUST ATTEND a MANDATORY training meeting! There you will be given materials, trained on expectations, discuss Bethany's Children's Ministry protocol and more. We want you to feel equipped for the week of working with the children and are thrilled you're willing to help! Which meeting time do you anticipate you will attend? (This will give us an idea of number attending for each meeting. If you need to change your choice, no stress)

Child Protection Policy

Waiver: I/We hereby give my/our permission for his/her participation in any and all activities of the Bethany VBS 2025. I/We do hereby, waive, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Bethany Church and the directors, and volunteers for any liability resulting from my child(ren) participation in this week.
