Terms & Conditions – Wholesale Resellers

Welcome to Living Memories QR, operated by World Merchant LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern the wholesale cooperation between World Merchant LLC (the "Supplier") and any approved reseller (the "Reseller") wishing to purchase and resell Living Memories QR products.

By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To become a wholesale partner, you must be an approved business entity. A minimum first order of 10 units is required to initiate the partnership.

2. Products Offered

We provide QR memorial products, including custom plaques and related merchandise, as featured on www.livingmemoriesqr.com.

3. Wholesale Pricing & Payment

All products are sold at wholesale rates based on order volume:

50–99 units         $61.90  
100–249 units     $59.90
250+ units           $57.90

• All prices include handling and packaging.
• Shipping costs are included within the continental United States, except for the regions specified below.
• Full payment (100%) is required before order processing.

4. Ordering Requirements

Initial minimum order: 10 units

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days from the order date.
• Shipping is FOB origin (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA).
• Standard shipping is included within the continental US. Additional shipping fees apply for: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

6. Trial Period

Resellers are offered a 3-month trial period. Should a reseller choose to discontinue the partnership, we will buy back any unsold, unopened, and undamaged units at the original wholesale price.

7. Use of Brand & Marketing Assets

Resellers may use Living Memories QR logos, images, and promotional content solely to promote and sell our products. Unauthorized use beyond this scope is prohibited.

8. Customer Support

All customer inquiries or support requests related to the products will be handled directly by Living Memories QR.

9. Confidentiality

Resellers must maintain the confidentiality of any pricing, marketing strategies, or customer information shared by the Supplier.

10. Ad-Free Experience & Lifetime Guarantee

We guarantee a lifetime ad-free experience for all end customers using Living Memories QR products.
All data linked to QR codes is hosted on a dedicated, secure lifetime-guaranteed server, ensuring permanent access to memorial content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

 

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use represent the full understanding between Supplier and Reseller and override any prior communications or agreements.
