  • While we continue to welcome applications from lavender farms, at this time all other vendor booths have been reserved. 

    We still encourage artists and businesses to use this form to be placed on the waitlist and notified when space opens up.

    We will also send out invitations to apply for future festivals and events. 

     Space is not guaranteed until an application is reviewed and approved and all applicable fees and paperwork are submitted.

    APPLICATION PROCESS

    • To apply, if you have not participated before,  you must upload a photo of your product(s), booth set-up, or food truck.
    • Upon acceptance, detailed information will be emailed to you.
    • Vendors may select their location upon acceptance based on availability.
    • Payment in full and necessary paperwork will be required to be submitted within 3 weeks of being accepted.

    *Please note Lavender in the Village reserves the right to deny entry to vendors to reduce duplication and ensure all vendors fit the vision of the event.

  • VENDOR FEES
    What's Included

    Outdoor vendors:

     - A professionally installed tent with protective side-walls, a bare 8-foot table, and a chair. You do not need to provide your own canopy.
     - $300 for an inline. $375 for a corner

    Indoor vendors: (very limited availability)
    - 10x10 pipe and drape booth space, one 8ft table, one chair. 
    - $400 for an indoor booth.

    Special Categories:
    Alcohol vendors: $400
    Food Trucks: $450
    Commercial/lead generation vendors: $1000

  • A request to be indoors does not guarantee indoor placement. If you need to be indoors, please use the comment field below to explain why. Vendor fees are the same for both indoor and outdoor vendors.

  • FOOD TRUCK SECTION
    All questions are required for food trucks and trailers.
    NOTE: We are unable to provide any electricity for food trucks and trailers. You must provide your own generator for the event.

  • REDUCED VENDOR FEE OPPORTUNITIES

    Vendor fees may be reduced for specific vendors based on the following criteria:

    • Are you a small start-up business whose products or services are aligned with the mission of Lavender in the Village.
    • Are you a non-profit distributing information only?
    • Are you an educational exhibitor adding to the attendee experience?
    • Are you incuring travel costs (i.e. hotel stays) to participate in the event.
