999.00 per person - 1 Queen bed-Aircon with control-Ensuite Bathroom-Max 2 guests--These staterooms (#1–2) are located on the lower level, while stateroom (#3) are on the main level (Stateroom 4 is sold). Each room has a porthole, a queen bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with a hairdryer, bathrobes, closet and drawer space, individual climate control, and a television with a movie selection. This stateroom is for couples and single supplement only. Note: If you book for 2 people the invoice will show the cost for 2 people.$999.00 per person- Deluxe Stateroom 2 single beds (some can be converted to a king), Aircon with control, Ensuite Bathroom. Max 2 guests A comfortable stateroom located on the main deck (#5–8) features two twin beds or a combinable king bed, while staterooms (#9–14) on the upper level have two twin beds side by side. Staterooms #5–6 have a porthole window, and #7–13 have picture windows. Each stateroom is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, bathrobes, closet and drawer space, individual climate control, and a television with a movie selection (if you book for 2 people the invoice will show the cost for 2 people).

Transfer Information:*

I understand that transfers to and from Port Berenice are not included in the trip cost. Guests may arrange their own transportation or use the Aggressor Bus Transfer, which operates on the following schedule: Departs 10:00 AM from the Red Sea Aggressor IV/V Office (488 El Madares Street, Hurghada)→ Arrives 1:00 PM at Port Ghalib to drop off and pickup others use this as a rest stop break→ Arrives 6:00 PM at Port Berenice The cost is $50 per person each way. Is paid on the Bus, can be cash or visa/mastercard (No AX)

Extra Charges*

I understand that not all cost are include in the above price. These are the cost to expect. Port Fee: $45 Park Fee: $205 Nitrox: $100 All of these will be collected on the ship and payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard (only), or cash. (USD, EURO, English pounds or EGP - Egyptian pounds)

Cabin Verification and Invoicing*

We will confirm your cabin and its cost over the phone, then send you an invoice for your review and payment. Since it’s less than 90 days away, full payment will be required at this time.

Credit Card Charge/Venmo/Zelle*

A $30 credit card processing fee will apply per person. Please note, credit cards are not accepted through this form. Instead, we’ll send you an invoice so you can review all the details and make your payment comfortably from home.I will pay with Venmo or Zelle. We will need to talk to you on the phone to make either one of these happen.

Trip Insurance*

To maximize your protection against the volatility of possible changes in travel plans before you depart (beyond the scope of traditional coverage) consider enhancing your Travel Insurance protection by adding a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) upgrade. You may also want to consider adding a “Liveaboard Rider” to your coverage that will address unique situations when traveling on Liveaboards compared to land-based adventures. Booking Modifications
All changes for internet bookings must be made directly with our reservations team at 843-270-0119. Please read and review all terms in the agreement section, along with the invoice confirmation and conditions applicable to your reservation.

Deposit Requirements
Since it’s less than 90 days away, full payment will be required at this time.
- Full payment is required within 24 hours.
- Any booking without full payment within 24 hours will be canceled on the next business day.

Pricing Policy
We strive to provide the most accurate rates and information available. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors. We will contact you within two to three business days to review and reconcile any discrepancies. This policy supersedes any guarantees or confirmations given. Once the invoice is sent and paid we will honor the price.

Cancellations*

Cancellation Policy -Up to 91 days prior to the trip a 20% cancelation fee. 90 days or less to June 21, 2025 no refund. Please buy trip insurance.

Passports*

Passport Requirement Notice We acknowledge that passports are required for this travel. Effective December 31, 2005, passports are mandatory for all air and sea travel outside the USA. Refunds will not be issued if passports do not arrive in time for the trip.
