- I am voluntarily participating in this fitness event at my own risk.

- I am physically capable of completing the workout or a modified version of it.

- I release and hold harmless Unrivaled Nutrition + Training, Battleborne, their staff, volunteers, sponsors, and property owners from any and all liability, injury, or damages resulting from my participation in this event.

- I understand this event includes intense physical activity and may result in injury or illness.

- I agree to notify event staff of any medical issues and to stop participation if I feel unwell.

- I give permission for photos or videos of me at the event to be used for promotional purposes.
