    September 29 - October 1, 2025
  • We believe in the power of inclusive collaboration and want to ensure that cost is not a barrier for those eager to participate in the Chicago 2025 Neighborhood Economics event (September 29 - October 1). If you’re an entrepreneur, student, or practitioner who is passionate about building equitable local economies but may not have the financial resources to attend, we encourage you to apply for our scholarship program.

This scholarship provides free or reduced price tickets to attend the event and engage in transformative conversations with entrepreneurs, funders, and changemakers working to create thriving, inclusive communities.

Scholarships are limited, so apply today to join us in Chicago for this impactful gathering!

  • We’re deeply committed to making sure underrepresented entrepreneurs have a strong presence at Neighborhood Economics. It’s a big part of what makes these gatherings so meaningful — and we work hard to make it possible through our own budget and with the support of generous sponsors who contribute to our scholarship fund.

The full-price ticket for the Chicago event (September 30 – October 2) is $695, but we’re offering a special $195 rate to a select group of entrepreneurs. And if that price is still out of reach, we’d love to work with you. Just let us know what you’re able to contribute — whatever amount works for you — and we’ll do our best to cover the rest through our scholarship pool.

Every bit helps us welcome more people into the room, and we’re grateful to be able to build this community together.
