The Food and Fun Tour

Thank you for your interest in The Food and Fun Tour Tri Cities! Here are some guidelines that we ask you to abide by to ensure a funfilled day!

We are going to have inflatables, foam zone, bubble zone, music, a petting zoo, DJ and much much more! Our events can get loud. Please be aware that this is a kid friendly event and we welcome the loudness associated with Play.

We do NOT provide power or water, each vendor is responsible for their own utlities. There will be bathrooms on the property that you are able to use. You will receive a map of the property a week before the event and you can find these outlined there.

By participating in this event, you give The Food and Fun Tour permission to take photos and videos for social media promotion.

In the event of incliment weather, we may reschedule this event. Rescheduling does not mean cancellation, therefore you will not receive a refund. Refunds are ONLY given if the entire event is cancelled by The Food and Fun Tour.

All Vendors must comply with state and local regulations.

Load-In Information: All load in inormation will be emailed prior to the event. Please join our vendor group to ensure you do not miss out on any setup info.

You MUST be set up and ready to sell by the event start time.

You must NOT enter the evemt grounds to pack up until all the partrons have left and the event.

You agree to keep your space clean and tidy during the event.

Fees are non refundable, except in the event of full cancellation and non reschedule by The Food and Fun Tour.

Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax.

All items must be displayed in a neat and professional manner. The food and fun tour reserves the right to prohibit, decline or ask you to remove anything we find inappropriate, or unkept.

It is the responsibility of food and drink vendors to abide by all TN state laws and regulations. If they are found in violation, they may be asked to leave. No refund will be given due to failure to comply with state or local regulations.

The Food and Fun Tour and their employees are hereby released from any liability for loss, injury, or damage. They shall not be held responsible for any property damage incurred during the event. Attendees assume all responsibility for any personal injury sustained at the event, absolving The food and fun tour and their employees from liability.

You agree that you invoice must be paid within 48 hours. You will recieve an acceptance email and an invoice at the same time. Failure to pay will result in being place onto the waitlist and you are not guarunteed a space.

I understand that upon submission and acceptance of this application an invoice will be emailed to the email address that I provided. Due to the high number of vendors interested in participating in the The Food and Fun Tour, I understand that an invoice will only be held for 48 hours. I understand that The Food and Fun Tour will cancel my invoice if it is not paid within the 48 hour period. In the event that an invoice is resubmitted after cancelation, a resubmission fee of $25.00 will be applied if an invoice is resent. By checking this box I agree to these terms.*
