    • one leg cured, smoked, and center cut- 2 crock pot sized hams, slices, and hocks (adds $40 for 1 leg curred)
    • Original bacon, regular sliced in 1 lb. packs (adds $25 per side)
    • Bulk Country sausage
    • Breakfast links (adds $2.99 lb. of meat used)
    • German Sausage (adds $6.99 lb. of meat used)

  • Sausage Guidelines:

    We offer a delicious variety of sausage flavors and options. All of our seasonings are crafted by us and mixed from scratch. Below are some guildelines for selecting your sausage. All sausage comes in roughly 1 lb. packs or chubs.

    • 1/2 hogs may only choose one option unless you grind the leg, which will allow for two options.
    • Whole hogs may choose two options unless you grind both legs, in which case you may be able to do up to 4 options.
    • There will be a space at the end of this form for special instructions. Please use it to write in anything you feel isn't covered here or with questions.
    • We will contact you if we are unable to do all choices due to the amount of trim available on the hog. Your choices will be evenly divided. Please contact us if you have any questions. We are happy to help!
