RecPlex Ice Arena - Ice Rental Request Form

General Information:

The RecPlex Ice Arena features two NHL-sized ice rinks located along the scenic shores of Lake Andrea in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Just two miles from I-94, our facility is a convenient and ideal location for hosting hockey tournaments, figure skating events, or just general ice rentals, including hockey games/practices, synchronized skating team practices, etc.

Please Note: Rental dates are not confirmed until a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost have been received and processed. The remaining balance will be due according to the payment terms outlined below.

One-time rentals may be subject to different terms and conditions at the discretion of Ice Arena Staff. These may include, but are not limited to, alternate deposit requirements, payment timelines, or cancellation policies.

Current Ice Rental Rates:

2025 Spring/Summer (March 1 - August 31, 2025): $300/hr.
2025-2026 Fall/Winter (September 1 - February 28, 2026): $365/hr.
Multi-purpose Rooms: $30/hr.
- Please Note: Room rental requests that require detailed setups, special equipment, or time-consuming setup and teardown may incur a higher hourly rate. This will be determined by Ice Arena Staff and discussed with you during the booking process.

Payment, Penalty & Late Fees

One-Time Rentals: Payment in full is required at least 7 days prior to the scheduled rental date.

Multi-Day Events (e.g., tournaments or skating competitions): An invoice will be emailed within 2 business days following the conclusion of your event. Full payment is due within 21 days of the invoice date and must be sent to:

If payment is more than 7 days past due, a 5% late fee will be applied. Additionally, a 12% monthly interest rate will be charged on the outstanding balance until paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 30 days notice must be provided in order to cancel your ice rental. Cancellation or reschedule requests within 30 days or less of the rental date will be charged full price for the slot unless a new renter can be found.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee your event or ice rental. Only once a contract has been created, signed and a deposit has been received will the ice be reserved for you. After submitting this form, a representative from the Ice Department will be in touch with you via email with a draft contract.
