These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Evitts Extreme Clean. By booking a cleaning service with us, you the customer agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement
When you book a cleaning service with Evitts Extreme Clean, we will confirm your appointment via email or phone. The services provided will be outlined and agreed upon at the time of booking. If you require any additional services or alterations during the cleaning, these will be subject to additional charges. Please note that our cleaning services are provided as described in your service agreement, and any changes may result in revised pricing.
2. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on the type of service requested and the size of the space to be cleaned. The price for the cleaning will be confirmed upfront during the booking process, and any changes to the service will be communicated to you, along with any adjustments to the cost. Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via PayPal, cash, etc. For recurring services, such as regular cleaning, a payment plan may be arranged at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least [24-48 hours] notice to avoid cancellation fees. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of $100 unless it is an emergency. You may reschedule your appointment within the allowed notice period at no additional charge, subject to availability. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to accommodate changes as best as possible.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process, the customer is responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, or other access instructions. We recommend that you remove any valuable, fragile, or personal items from the cleaning area to prevent damage or loss. While we take great care in cleaning your space, Evitts Extreme Clean is not responsible for any damage to items left in the cleaning area.
5. Quality Assurance
At Evitts Extreme Clean, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please contact us within [24-48 hours] of the service, and we will work to resolve the issue. In many cases, we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that our cleaning services are designed to improve cleanliness, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or dirt, especially in cases where the issue has been longstanding or severe.
6. Health and Safety
We take the safety of our customers and cleaning staff seriously. Evitts Extreme Clean uses eco-friendly, safe cleaning products. However, if you or anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities to specific products, please inform us before your cleaning appointment. Additionally, if there are any hazardous materials or health concerns in the space (such as pets, medical waste, or other dangers), it is your responsibility to notify us before the cleaning so that we can take appropriate precautions.
7. Liability
While we take every measure to protect your property, Evitts Extreme Clean is not liable for any accidental damage that may occur during the cleaning process. In the event of damage to your property, you must notify us immediately. We maintain liability insurance to cover damages resulting from our negligence, but Evitts Extreme Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed before the cleaning. By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless except in cases where we are negligent.
8. Confidentiality
We value your privacy and take steps to protect your personal information. Any personal data you provide during the booking process, such as your name, contact details, or payment information, will be kept confidential and used solely to provide our services. We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent unless required by law.
9. Modifications to Terms
Evitts Extreme Clean reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the terms will be posted on our website or communicated directly to you. By continuing to use our services, you agree to accept any updated Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Norfolk Division.
