Waivers & Policies

Upon registering at Airborne Dance Centre it is agreed that all students, parents, guardians and relatives have read & understand the “Studio Handbook”, our policies & procedures while attending classes at the studio and registration policies and requirements. It is also understood participation in any classes or programs is at your risk and Airborne Dance Centre, Instructors, Staff or Directors are not responsible for any injury or loss of property while on the premises.
I have reviewed all of Airborne Dance Centre's policies and procedures outlined on our website and studio handbook, and I agree to follow all policies and procedures.
I am aware that Airborne Dance Centre reserves the right to move my child to a different level if the level they are registered for is inappropriate or if class doesn't meet the minimum enrolment. Parents will be notified via e-mail of any changes.
I am aware of the payment and cancellation policy as indicated in our studio policies on our website. Including that the registration fee, and last month fees are non-refundable.
I understand that there are risks of physical injury associated with, arising out of and inherent to the activity of dance. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury, I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including any and all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to Airborne Dance Centre, it's officers, agents, employees, instructors, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities.I also authorize Airborne Dance Centre to seek medical service in case of serious injury or illness if I am unable to be contacted. I further agree and accept financial responsibility of any fees that may arise and understand Airborne Dance Centre will not resume responsibility for any medical or transportation fees.
I give Airborne Dance Centre permission to take photos/videos of my child while participating in studio programs to use on studio website, Instagram or Facebook for advertising or promotional purposes only.
