Tiny Tots	Beginners
Introduces youngest students to water safety and movement basics. Focuses on pool entry/exit, blowing bubbles, assisted floating, and initial self-propulsion. Emphasizes body position, water comfort, and following simple instructions. Uses a gentle approach to build trust and reduce fear. Builds consistency and confidence as a foundation for future levels.	Develops water confidence and basic swimming skills. Teaches floating, kicking, breathing, and purposeful movement. Encourages coordination, focus, and self-esteem beyond the pool. Helps with patience, body awareness, and staying calm under stress.
Intermediate	Advanced Beginners (Competitive Program)
Designed for swimmers comfortable in water and swimming independently. Focuses on stroke development, breathing, endurance, and body control. Lessons are faster-paced than beginner level. Balances challenge and support to build skill and confidence.	For swimmers who are water safe and can swim laps. Prepares students for team readiness and competitive swimming. Teaches advanced skills: diving, flip turns, finishes, and race technique. Includes more laps, training, and targeted feedback. Coaches provide detailed corrections and structured workouts. Transforms swimmers from capable to competition-ready.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the risk of injury that exists while participating in SWIM LESSONS (hereinafter the ‘activity’) and

IN CONSIDERATION OF my desire to participate in said activity

I HEREBY, for myself, my heirs, executors or any and all personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into the WAIVER AND RELEASE of LIABILITY and waive any and all claims or causes of action of any kind arising out of my participation in the ‘activity’.

I HEREBY release and forever discharge Chabot Swim Academy located at 18893 Huber ave. Castro Valley, Ca. and William Kriskovich and any other affiliates, managers, agents, staff, and volunteers from any physical or psychological injury that I or my child or children may suffer as a direct result of my, or their, participation in the ‘activity’.

I am voluntarily participating and allowing my Children to participate in the ‘activity’ at mine or their own risk. I am fully aware of the risks involved and associated with said participation.

I FURTHER AGREE to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chabot Swim Academy, William Kriskovich and all parties involved against all claims or actions of any kind for liability, damages, or compensation for mine or their participation in the Activity.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this waiver and release of liability.
