This form is for the exclusive use of our Canadian-based WedLuxe Print Members. It has a save and resume feature so you can save it as you go and return to it later or share it with another user.

If you are not a member, or you're not sure if there are members involved, please use the PUBLIC SUBMISSION FORM to submit the wedding story for consideration.

REQUIRED
- Non-password-protected gallery. (Pictime/Smugmug/etc.)
- Maximum 300 high-res, edited images
- For Dropbox Links, place all images in a single folder.
- We do not accept Google Drive links, WeTransfers, password-protected galleries, or galleries with subfolders.
- A brief paragraph of details about the couple and their wedding day.
- A complete, accurate list of credits with company names and Instagram handles.
  
  We will contact the event planner and/or the couple for further details if required.

Understanding and Acceptance of Publisher's Terms
I have the authority to grant and authorize Cloud Nine Omnimedia Inc (dba WedLuxe® and WedLuxe® Experiences) the right, (but not the obligation) to edit, copy, publish, distribute, and make use of any of the photographs I am submitting for any lawful promotional materials including but not limited to its magazines, websites, social networking accounts, or digital communications.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the images appear, including a written or electronic copy.

I acknowledge that I have agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video.

I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my company or estate, or the company I represent.
