To maintain a positive community atmosphere, members are expected to adhere to the following responsibilities:

1. Respect: Treat all members and staff with courtesy and consideration.

2. Participation: Engage actively in club events and activities.

3. Conduct: Abide by all club rules and regulations.

4. Dues: Pay membership fees promptly to maintain active status.

All members must adhere to the club's code of conduct to ensure a safe and welcoming:

No discrimination: Zero tolerance for discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other characteristic.

No harassment: Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

Respect for property: Maintain respect for club property and facilities.

The club reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of the code of conduct or failure to meet membership responsibilities. Termination decisions will be made by the club's governing board.

Membership fees are required annually and are subject to change. Members will be notified in advance of any changes to fee structures.

This agreement is valid for one year from the date of signing and will be automatically renewed unless a written notice of cancellation is provided.
