This event is held at Green Acres Ranch at 90 crescent st, Yaphank, NY,11980 on August 9th, 2025 from 1-8pm. All vendors will be allowed to set up at 1 hour prior and take down 1hour after shut down of event. There will not be access to electric outlets so please make arrangements if needed for your needs. There is wifi access throughout property . Password will be posted at office. Vendors are provided 10x10 area. It is $50per area and food trucks free. The balance is to be paid no later the August 6,2025. If there is bad weather day of event notice will be given 24hrs prior and we will have a rain date. If for any reason you are unable to attend the rain date we will give you a full refund. All deposit and payments are paid thru venmo or apple pay to phone number Alyssa 631-559-9733.
