PLEASE NOTE:

All demolition derby vehicles are required to be in assembly pit area by 10:30 am, August 02, 2025. Gates open at 8:00 am for inspections. Drivers’ meeting is at 11:30 am.

All vehicles must be ready for inspection upon arrival at the assembly pit area. There shall be no alterations of any kind performed in the assembly pit area unless requested by the Officials.

I, the Driver, have read the Rules and accept the decision of the Officials as final. I agree to use the track in its present condition. I do not and will not hold the Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association or its Officials or any other Driver responsible for any injury to myself, my pit personnel, or for loss and damage to my property while entered in the Demolition Derby.

NOTE: There shall be NO ALCOHOL &/OR NARCOTICS allowed in the pit area. There shall only be a maximum of one Driver and two Pit Crew persons per entry allowed in the pit area.
