Please Read Before Completing
- For non-WedLuxe members, there is a non-refundable CAD 150 administration fee to submit a wedding for review (payment details will be requested at the end of the form). The fee must be paid when submitting. If selected for a print feature, no further fees are required and 10 complimentary copies will be shipped to the contact person listed.
- WedLuxe print members are exempt from all submission fees and can submit weddings through the Member Submission Link.
- Please provide a maximum of 300 high-res images, details about the couple's love story, wedding day description, and a full, accurate list of credits (including company names and Instagram handles). If shortlisted for a print feature, we may contact the event planner or couple for more details.
- We accept Pictime or SmugMug Galleries (cannot be password-protected or require a user account.) We also accept Dropbox links with images in a single folder. We don't accept Google Drive links or WeTransfer.
- The form allows you to save and resume at any time, or share it with another user.
  
  Unfortunately, we can't feature every wedding. If a submission is not selected for a complimentary print feature but meets our aesthetic standards, you will be notified of optional fee-based publishing opportunities. WedLuxe member submissions remain fee-free.

Understanding and Acceptance of Publisher's Terms
I have the authority to grant and authorize Cloud Nine Omnimedia Inc (dba WedLuxe® and WedLuxe® Experiences) the right, (but not the obligation) to edit, copy, publish, distribute, and make use of any of the photographs I am submitting for any lawful promotional materials including but not limited to its magazines, websites, social networking accounts, or digital communications.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which the images appear, including a written or electronic copy.

I acknowledge that I have agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video.

I hereby hold harmless and release The Company from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my company or estate, or the company I represent.
