  • Booking Process: 

    1.Booking form submitted, quote will then be emailed based on requirements.

    2.We will organise a site visit 

    3.Provide a copy of your RAMS / Public Liability Insurance / Event Management Plan.

    4.Pay agreed deposit / venue hire fees - Invoice will then be forwarded.

    5.Booking Confirmation will be confirmed by email once approved. Event is not secured until final payment is received.
