Marching Band Registration 2025

Please submit your student’s Caravel Academy Marching Band (CAMB) 2025 membership by completing this form.

Band camp will be Monday through Friday starting Monday, July 28, 2025 to August 8, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch is provided.

Weather permitting, our Friends and Family show will be August 8, 2025.

In addition, we will attend the Drum Corp International "DCI" event at the University of Delaware on Thursday, July 29, 2025 from 5:00-10:00 PM.

The membership dues for this year's band season are $400. This includes music and show design purchases, props, show shirt, band camp lunches and supplies, first aid supplies, friday night game dinners, DCI event, UD Band Day, transportation, end of season banquet for CAMB members, end of season uniform dry cleaning and various expenses.

Payment can be made in full or in installments during registration. If you wish to pay in installments, we are offering two payment schedules:

1) You can pay in four installments of $100. The first installment is upon completing registration. The second is due May 30, 2025. The third is due June 30, 2025. The fourth is due July 25, 2025.

2) You can pay in two installments of $200. The first installment is due upon completing registration. The second is due on July 25, 2025.

Methods of payment include cash, check, and/or credit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. A 2% transaction fee and .50 service charge will be added to the credit card total.

If paying with cash or check, please put payment in an envelope clearly marked 2025 Marching Band Registration with your student’s name. For checks, please make payable to Caravel Academy Music Boosters, include 2025 CAMB and the student’s last name in the memo. This is an additional assurance that the payment will be properly applied.
