    RENTAL POLICY AGREEMENT

  • According to the SaddleBrooke HOA2 Rules and Regulations, Article II, Section 2.03, this policy applies to Homeowners who rent their properties.

    A) Homeowners must settle all financial obligations to SBHOA2 before Amenity Renter Cards can be issued. Additionally, there should be no outstanding ALC violations on the property.

    B) Homeowners must surrender their Amenity Homeowner Cards and relinquish their rights to use SaddleBrooke facilities while their property is being rented.

    C) Renters are not permitted to use the Amenity Homeowners' Cards and must be issued Amenity Renter Cards before accessing the facilities.

    D) Submit this form at least five days before the rental begins. Admin will NOT issue Amenity Renter Cards until the receipt of this properly completed form.

    E) Renters should call the Admin office at 520-818-1000 in advance to arrange to pick up their Amenity Renter Card(s They are required to bring a government issued ID with them for verification purposes.

    F) All SBHOA2 Rules and Regulations must be followed as set forth by the Association. Homeowners are responsible for informing their renters of these Rules. Two people per household are allowed. Additional charges will be assessed if there are more than two people renting the home. See Article II, Section 2.03 Qualified Renter of the Rules and Regulations document.

    G) AGE REQUIREMENT - At least one renter must meet the age requirement of 55+ to be issued Amenity Renter Cards for access to the fitness center or pools. If none of the renters meet the 55+ guideline, they will not be eligible for Amenity Renter Cards.     H) Homeowners can choose to allow a renter to have charging privileges. Admin will put the renter's credit card on file to cover any unpaid expenses upon the renter vacating the home. If SBHOA2 cannot charge the card on file for any reason, the homeowner will be responsible for all unpaid/uncollectable charges.
