Amazon Removal of Buy Box Restriction

This petition calls for Amazon to remove buy box restrictions on all brands immediately. All brands that sell on Amazon are being faced with massive cost increases from Tariffs. It will be impossible for brands to have the lowest price for many reasons including but not limited to the following: Walmart and Target requiring 90 days for price increase, how much inventory is in the US, how many products come from countries with high tariffs (Example: China 104%) Brands should not be penalized for not being to able the lowest price because of decisions from the US Government. Amazon needs to give brands their own pricing power immediately. If you agree please sign the form and we will be sending all the signed forms to Amazon in hopes of Amazon removing their rule where brands can’t own the buy box unless they have the lowest price anywhere online.
