Youth For Christ Staff and regular Volunteers who have been cleared.
2. Transportation

Participants are responsible for securing their own rides to and from the designated meeting place for their group. Adult volunteers and chaperones will transport the participants to and from Camp Santa Cruz in Santa Cruz, CA for the week by bus, shuttle, or car.
3. Requirements

The participant named above is in good health and has no physical or medical limitations that would cause the activities as described above to be detrimental or dangerous to the child. Parents/guardians should specify allergies and medical concerns in section above.
4. Consent

I hereby attest that I am (we are) the legal parent\guardian(s) of the above-named child and hereby consent to the child's participation in the activities described above. I also attest that I have signed and submitted the Youth For Christ/Campus Life Connection Consent and Release of Liability form found on yfcsacramento.org.
5. Payment

YFC and its generous donors underwrite camp scholarships so, by faith, every kid can attend. We need your help if you are able to pay all, or just some, of your student's camp fee of $399. We are asking every student or parent/guardian to pay at least $50. Please CLICK HERE to go to our giving page; select the "Camp Registration" dropdown to "pay what you can" for summer camp! Include your student's name in the Donor Comment/Designation box.
