By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions as a client of One Luv Glowbal Imports:

1. Information Disclosure
You agree to provide complete and accurate information, including identification and supporting documents. Your personal information will be handled with discretion and stored securely for the purposes of vehicle sourcing, transaction processing, and identity verification.

2. Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required prior to the start of any vehicle sourcing activities, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Deposit terms may be tailored to your financial circumstances, but must be confirmed in writing prior to initiation.

This fee covers labor, travel, auction access, physical inspections, and real-time sourcing.

🔧 Why the Deposit?

We operate across ALL 50 states, sourcing & transporting from over 10 certified dealer auctions and hundreds of thousand of dealer partners. 

Each sourcing request depends on the CURRENT market & requires hours of work comprised of but not limited to:

• Travel and onsite inspections
• Mechanical evaluations
• Bidding and negotiating
• Ensuring clean title & market-ready condition
• Vetting Special Request

By paying wholesale and removing middlemen, we SAVE clients thousands upfront and pass those savings directly to you

💰 Rebate Incentive
In many cases, we offer a deposit rebate at the conclusion of the transaction—after all associated fees are paid. This rebate is deducted from your final balance and it's value is determined on a case-by-case basis but is not a guarantee.

3. Processing Timeline
We aim to fulfill sourcing within 5 business days, but request up to 10 business days for sourcing and deal finalization after your deposit has been paid in full. Timelines may vary depending on market conditions, special requests, and the timeliness of the client’s responses. Our goal is to complete all deals as efficiently as possible, with many being fulfilled sooner.

4. Payment Process
Cash payment is required for ALL deposits

1. If purchasing with cash, Full payment is due immediately once a vehicle is sourced and approved.
2. If using a bank or credit union, any pre-approved check must be made payable to One Luv Glowbal Imports LLC upon receipt. Vehicle sourcing may begin upon check receipt, but we do not finalize or purchase any vehicle until funds have cleared.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

All vehicles are sold as-is, unless an active manufacturer or third-party warranty is already included or an optional extended warranty is offered during the sourcing process.
If such a warranty is available, it will be disclosed to the client and must be paid for in full prior to deal completion. We also offer a 30-day parts discount program (with verified estimate submission) to assist in minor post-sale repairs. Parts must be purchased and installed by the client.

5. Agreement Enforcement

We do not accept trade-ins. Instead, we assist clients with the sale of their existing vehicle—when applicable—to help generate capital for the new purchase. This process is handled separately, on a case-by-case basis, and with full written documentation. All agreement terms—pricing, delivery, financing, or any adjustments—must be clearly confirmed in writing.

6. Full Deal Processing
We are a licensed and insured Georgia independent dealer and broker, authorized to process all necessary documents, keep in mind you may be subject to State Ad-Valorem tax at final sale. Out-of-state buyers will be handled via title-only processing.

7. Title Processing & Delivery Compliance 📬 
For Georgia residents, allow 30–45 days for processing. Once submitted to the state, please allow 5–14 business days to receive your official title via mail at the registered vehicle address.

Out-of-state buyers receive title-only processing with no Georgia tax collected.

Step 1: 
Select the tier that best fits your capital and desired return cycle (Tier 2 or Tier 4 shown below).

Step 2: 
Once we confirm your terms, your vehicle is sourced from one of our 10+ certified auctions and placed into resale or rental circulation.

Step 3: 
At the end of your cycle, you can either:

1. Cash out your return
2. Roll over to the next vehicle cycle and grow your capital

Cash Out: At the end of your tier’s term, you may withdraw your initial investment + return.
Roll Over: Want to keep building? Roll over your capital + profit into a new vehicle deal and watch your returns compound within the same Tier or upgrade to an qualifying tier if profit allots the conversion.
