This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills to recognise when people around them are experiencing stress or trauma and gives the skills to offer emotional support and practical coping skills.
Participants will learn how to listen empathetically, provide non-judgmental assistance, and suggest practical coping techniques, whether in personal or professional contexts, while maintaining healthy boundaries.
