🎄 Important Stallholder Information
We’re so excited to have you join us for a magical evening at Christmas Wonderland Loxton! ✨

To help everything run smoothly on Market Night, please take note of the following important information.

🎪 Site Hire Fees
✨ Powered Site: $60
✨ Unpowered Site: $50

💰 Site Fee Payment
Site fee will be due by a date advised at a later stage.

Please note: If payment is not received by the nominated due date, your site may be offered to another stallholder.

🎅 Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change. Refunds may be arranged if you are unable to attend, provided at least 1 week’s notice is given.

📋 Insurance & Food Requirements
To ensure everyone has a safe and successful Market Night:

🎄 Insurance Certificate of Currency – MANDATORY for all stallholders
🍴 Food Business Number – required for food vendors, where applicable

All required documentation must be supplied no later than 1 December.

⏰ Set-Up
Stallholder set-up will be available from 4:00pm, ready for our 7:00pm Market Night start. ✨

Need a little extra time? Earlier set-up can be arranged where required. Please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.
