Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that also processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and coconut. While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify us in advance.

- Design Change Policy

Please note that design changes are only allowed once and must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to your pick-up or delivery date. No changes will be accepted after this period.

- Refund / Cancellation Policy

To reserve your date, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 1 month before your event date. If the event date is within 1 month of the order, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

More than 1 month before: Full refund
1 month to 2 weeks before: 50% refund
2 weeks to 1 week before: 20% refund
Less than 1 week before: No refund

* Please note that cancellations must be made in writing to be considered valid.

* All refunds will be issued excluding any payment processing fees.
