Passion Led Industry Driven
This initiative offers Malaysian youth the opportunity to explore career pathways in the high-demand manufacturing sector.

2 programmes offered to everyone:
- Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems
- Integrated Circuit (IC) Design
The programme kicks off with 1 month of intensive training covering both soft skills and technical skills to upskill workplace competencies and enhance technical expertise to ensure talents are workplace-ready. This will be followed by on-the-job training (OJT) with selected industry partners.
