Thank you for your interest in serving as President of Lux Sorority. We are thrilled to see your passion for leadership and truly appreciate your desire to step up and guide our sisterhood. This application is the first step in a journey of leadership, service, and sisterhood – values at the very heart of Lux Sorority. By considering this role, you are demonstrating a commitment to these ideals and a dedication to making a positive impact on our chapter and community.

Lux Sorority was founded on the belief that strong leaders grounded in service can inspire others and create lasting bonds of sisterhood. As President, you would have the opportunity to embody these principles every day, empowering your fellow sisters, serving our community with compassion, and upholding the unity that makes our sisterhood so special. We hope this process allows you to reflect on your vision for our sorority and showcase the leadership qualities that set you apart.

Important Information for Applicants

Application Review: Once you submit your application, our executive committee will carefully review it. Please allow up to 5 business days for the review process. We want to give every application the thoughtful consideration it deserves.

Position Acceptance: If you are selected for the President position, you will be notified with an offer. You will then have 48 hours to accept the position. This quick turnaround helps us keep our leadership team on schedule, so please be prepared to respond promptly.
Eligibility: Only active members of Lux Sorority are eligible to apply for the President role. You must be in good standing within the sorority to be considered.

Membership Applicants: If you are currently applying for both sorority membership and an officer position, you must complete and be accepted into membership first before submitting an officer application. In other words, you need to become an official Lux Sorority sister before you can serve in a leadership position within the organization.
