Sudbury Regional STEM Fair Logo Design Contest

The Sudbury Regional Science Fair is rebranding to the Sudbury Regional STEM Fair. We need a new logo that reflects our focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Create a modern, innovative, and memorable logo that embodies STEM education and the Sudbury community.

Students (K-12) and their families, Educators and school administrators, Local businesses and community organizations, Potential sponsors and partners

Integration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, Fostering curiosity, creativity, and innovation, Celebrating the Sudbury community

Clean, modern, and visually appealing, Incorporate STEM elements (symbols, icons, imagery), Versatile and scalable for color and black-and-white formats, Include "Sudbury Regional STEM Fair/ Expo-STIM Regionale de Sudbury" or the abbreviation "SRSF/ESRS" Bilingual in French and English

Brief explanation of the design concept, Primary logo design can be submitted in any of the following formats: vector format: AI, EPS, High-resolution PNG or JPEG versions, PDF or JPEG of a hand drawn/painted/etc... logo. For hand-drawn logos, please scan or photograph the artwork and submit it as a high-resolution image file.

All entries must be original and not infringe on any existing copyrights or trademarks. Participants can submit multiple entries, but each entry must be submitted separately. By submitting an entry, participants grant the Sudbury Regional STEM Fair the right to use, modify, and reproduce the logo in any form. The contest is open to individuals and teams. If submitting as a team, please provide the names of all team members. Entries must be submitted by June 1st 2025 . Late submissions will not be considered.

All entries must be submitted electronically via email to president@srsf.ca OR Through this form. For hand-drawn logos, please scan or photograph the artwork and submit it as a high-resolution image file. IF SUBMITTING BY EMAIL: The subject line of the email should read "Sudbury Regional STEM Fair Logo Contest Submission." Attach all deliverables in a single email, including the primary logo design, high-resolution versions, black-and-white version, and the brief explanation of the design concept.

All entries must be submitted by June 1st 2025.

Winners will receive a prize from the SRSF committee, and their logo will be featured in all Sudbury Regional STEM Fair materials.
