    To ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of security, The Workstation uses a two-step verification process:  Under the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017, we are legally required to verify the identity and address of all customers requesting Virtual Office Services before such services can commence.  1. Electronic Verification: We use an AML-approved online verification system to confirm your identity and address. This system cross-checks your details against multiple trusted sources, providing a secure and efficient way to meet our legal obligations.  2. Documentary Verification: two forms of ID. from the list below must be provided in order for us to undertake electronic verification.  The Workstation’s verification process for Money Laundering checks requires us to obtain TWO documents from the lists below (one from each list). Identification is required for each individual, partner or named officer.

    Must be dated within the last 3 months (unless stated otherwise) and show the individual's full name and address: UK driving licence (if not already used for ID). Utility bill (gas, electricity, water, landline – not mobile phone). Bank or credit card statement. Mortgage statement (dated within the last 12 months). Council tax bill (dated within the last 12 months). HMRC correspondence (e.g. tax notification, coding notice). Tenancy agreement. Solicitor's letter confirming house purchase or land registry confirmation. Benefits or pension letter from DWP. Insurance policy document (life, home, car – dated within 12 months).
