Covenants & Expectations
Parents and youth please read the following covenants and expectations and sign. By signing you are agreeing to honor the covenants and expectations set forth by Chambersburg Project, Inc.
1. Honor God with your words and actions! Seek to serve Him in everthing (1 Cor. 10:31)
2. All youth/adults must wear a wristband at all times- it's your meal ticket and your admittance ticket to the pool on Wednesday!
3. Understand that you are a guest at the host facility and your worksite. Stay away from off limit areas. No boys' in the girls sleeping areas, and no girls in the boys' sleeping areas. Keep all areas (including yourself) neat and clean.
4. Lights out at 11pm! No exceptions. Respect others and be considerate.
5. No sexual harassment of any kind will be tolerated. Any form of harassment should be immediately reported to the leadership.
6. Be on time and present for all activities.
7. Do not bring illegal substances, such as tobacco, alcohol, or other drugs firearms, knives, lighters, matches, etc.
8. You must stay with your crew at the worksite, and remain with them the entire week. You may be required to switch crews, but may only do so at the discretion of the leadership. You must also stay with the group at all other times and are not permitted to leave, unless you receive permission from the leadership and prior arrangments have been made.
9. Report any damage or hazardous conditions to a leader.
10. Bring appropriate work and swimwear. No tanktops for working on jobsites due to safety.
11. All electronic devices, such as cellphones will be brought at your own risk. We ask that all electronic devices are turned off at 11pm to respect others.
12. Closed toe shoes must be worn while the participant is on the jobsite.
*Violations of these covenants may result in your youth being sent home.
