  • About the project

Virtuosa Society and Carpe Diem Papers are collaborating to create a beautifully designed, seasonally inspired yearly planner crafted especially for creative women. Rooted in the belief that productivity thrives when aligned with nature’s rhythms, this planner is designed to encourage joyful, intuitive, and sustainable creative living—celebrating the nonlinear journey of inspiration and avoiding burnout.
  • Role overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to bring this vision to life through thoughtful, cohesive design that weaves together seasonal themes, charming artwork, and functional layout. As our Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the collab creative team to design the full layout and visual identity of the planner. Your work will integrate Mindy Carpenter’s nostalgic, vintage-inspired artwork with the refined and intentional aesthetic of Virtuosa Society to create a cohesive, inspiring piece that feels both soulful and practical.
  • Responsibilities

Design the overall layout of a 12-month planner, organized by seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter). Collaborate with both brands to integrate existing artwork and visual themes. Create page templates for monthly, weekly, and seasonal reflections, notes, and guided prompts. Ensure alignment with print specifications for production (digital and/or physical formats). Incorporate brand elements, typography, color palettes, and other visual assets. Communicate and adapt based on feedback from both collaborators.
  • Qualifications

Proven experience in publication or print design (books, planners, magazines, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing a sense of color, layout, and storytelling through design. Familiarity with seasonal or nature-inspired aesthetics is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and adapting layouts for printing margins/markers. Comfortable working independently with collaborative feedback cycles. Interest in creativity, wellness, and intentional living is a bonus.
