Expression of Interest: BODEGA moves® Instructor Course – Summer 2025

Mardyke Arena UCC is considering hosting a BODEGA moves® Instructor Course in Summer 2025, in partnership with IFAA. To help us assess interest, please take a moment to complete this short form. BODEGA moves® is a dynamic blend of functional training and vinyasa yoga, with flows focused on the lower body, hips, and core, ending in deep relaxation. It’s ideal for anyone looking to deepen their movement practice or expand their teaching skills. Proposed dates: 6th–8th June 2025.
