Program Description:

Please join us at the ART O MAT beginning Saturday, April 26th as we welcome Caribbean Dance Fitness Instructor Crys who will lead her exhilarating “Buss a Wine" classes that combine the rhythm of Caribbean music with the excitement of dance!

All classes are free and designed to improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility, self- confidence, and build muscular strength all while connecting community through healthy wellness activity! Classes are beginner level friendly and recommended for adults ages 18 and up.
