    VENDOR APPLICATION

  • This is my application to be a vendor at Milan Farmers' Market for the year 2025. Market operations will be Tuesdays from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM - NOON. Special event dates may be available/requested separately. The market is for producers and artisans only from within a 25-mile radius of Milan. All items must be grown or handmade from within this radius. There are exceptions, but they must be approved on a case-by-case basis by the Farmers’ Market Manager.

There is a $5/day vendor fee. There is an option to pay $100 if you plan on coming multiple days. The seasonal fee is a $65 discount and will ensure your same location throughout the season. There will be no refunds if a vendor cancels or is a no-show, unless vendor gives proper notice (at least 3 days in advance of reserved date). No refunds for paid seasonal fees. Please attach copies of all business-related licenses when submitting the application.
