By registering for The Power of WE: Embracing the Change Conference, the participant agrees to the following terms. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment and is non-refundable, though tickets may be transferable with written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Participation in the conference implies a commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and empowering environment for all attendees, speakers, and staff. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual engaging in disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior without refund. By attending, the participant assumes all risks associated with event attendance and releases the organizers from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage. The Power of WE reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format as needed. Furthermore, by participating in the event, the attendee grants permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded and consents to the use of their image, voice, and likeness in promotional and media materials without compensation or restriction. This release applies globally and indefinitely. Individuals who prefer not to be included in photos or recordings must notify the registration desk upon arrival and avoid designated media zones. All personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By completing registration, the participant confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
