Roles we are seeking to fill to complete our board needs at this time:

Secretary & Vice President on the Board Of Directors.

Two year term, bylaws state that you can leave at anytime.

Meetings may be on zoom. They are set for the third Thursday at 4pm monthly unless the board feels there is not a need for a monthly meeting. Special meetings may be called. Our board has seven members

This is a volunteer position.

We are still new and developing processes and need board members that are looking for that kind of challenge. We have grown quickly, we have done very well. We are stable and have clean records and documentation. We are prepared to share everything with you.

We do ask that before you apply, you read the website and are familiar with what we do and have developed. It's important to us that you know the mission and the scope. We have scaled back, including our board has scaled back. We have 7 board members as required in our bylaws. Our board is seeking to fill the two positions only at this time.

We are in a position of powerful change as we address and develop things that were missing in our community. The board roles are extremely important given all of the above. However, it is a very moving and a fufilling board to be on. The organization needs board members that know and love board governance. These positions are primarily for board governance, as we are well established in the other areas. Volunteering within the organization is appreciated and encouraged at some capacity.

Attorney (advisory board)

We are seeking legal council to advise us on nonprofit items as they arise at times. If you love what we are doing, please consider advising us when we need a little help.

Grant Writer: We are always looking for grant writers that can help us prepare for, apply and report properly for well matched grants and collaborations.
