Roles & Responsibilites
Community Outreach Coordinator - Developing and Implementing strategic outreach plans to build relationships and engagement within the community.
Fundraising Coordinator - responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, building relationships with donors and sponsors. They work to secure the financial resources necessary to support the mission and initiatives of the Hike Kidz Foundation non-profit organization and charitable causes.
Community Liaison - Fostering relationships with the community, representing the organization, and facilitating communication.
Legal Assistant - A legal assistant for a nonprofit board member can play a crucial role in supporting the board's legal and administrative needs. They can help with legal research, document preparation, communication with legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Grant Writer - Researches sponsors such as grant-making agencies and foundations to find those that match the goals of the nonprofit and have funded similar projects. Writes grants for the organization tailored to fit and benefit the programs or projects of the Hike Kidz Foundation.
Financial Oversight- Regularly reviewing financial reports, including financial transactions, budgets, periodic financial statements, and annual audits.
Youth Representative - serves as a voice for youth in the community, ensuring their perspectives and needs are considered in organizational decisions. They bring a fresh perspective, help identify community needs, and can serve as a role model for young people in the organization.
