We’re excited to have you explore our dinosaur park, both indoors and out. To help keep everyone safe, protect our fossils and exhibits, and ensure a great experience for all guests, we ask that you review the following terms: Stay on the designated paths and trails at all times. Off-trail areas may be unsafe or environmentally sensitive. Do not cross ropes, tape, painted lines, or enter restricted areas — including barriers, excavation zones, and riverbanks. These are there to protect you and the park. Respect all warning signs, safety notices, and staff instructions. Our specimens, fossils, and interactive exhibits are valuable and often one-of-a-kind. Please look, but don’t touch unless clearly marked as hands-on. Intentional damage or careless behavior that results in the breaking of specimens or exhibits may result in financial liability. If you're unsure what's okay to touch — just ask a staff member! The Ogden George S Eccles Dinosaur Park includes outdoor environments with natural features, wildlife, and plants. By entering, you accept the normal risks of nature — including (but not limited to) insect stings/bites, sun exposure, uneven ground, or unexpected weather. We recommend wearing closed-toed shoes, using bug spray, and staying hydrated. Play safely and kindly. Follow posted playground rules and watch out for other guests. Rough play, climbing on off-limits structures, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from activity areas. All guests must pay admission. Entering without paying may result in removal from the park. Stealing, damaging property, or violating park rules will not be tolerated and may result in removal or legal action. You understand and accept the risks involved with participating in both indoor and outdoor activities. You agree to follow all posted and verbal safety guidelines, respect park property, and supervise minors in your care. You release Ogden's George S. Eccles Dinosaur Park, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, accident, or incident resulting from failure to follow these guidelines or from the inherent risks of a natural environment
