Deposit is refundable under the following circumstances.
-Vendor is not selected to participate in event
-Vendor attends event & stays the length of the event, leaving premise in found conditions.
EVENT DATE IS JUNE 27th 2026 10am-1pm
Vendors are selected based on space available and must not offer items similar to any other vendor or business at the current plaza. Vendors will be notified directly if they are selected for event within 1 week of application being recieved.
Vendors must provide their own table (8 ft. max) and 2 chairs max and a canopy. Space used cannot excede the 8 ft. table space. Electricity is available for limited vendors upon request. Vendors must be fully set up for enitre event time. SET UP STARTING AT 9:30 am Event time 10am-1pm.. Fitness equipment should not be touched or moved without permission. WiFi will be available.
