Submitting this form entails you accept and understand the terms set forth by 3CR Digital Marekting LLC, that you as the "Agent Partner" acknowledge and consent to the following:

File(s) or notification must be received by 2:30 pm for SAME DAY processing.
File(s) or notification received after 2:30 pm will be processed by 10am the following business day.

Agent Partner has completed the three following "tasks":
1. Complete this New File Order Form to the best of their abilities - should take less than 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Provide us with access to all necessary documents that are currently available - added Rebecca to your signature system as a "Team Member", if applicable.
3. Provided all pertinent contact information for cooperative parties, if not disclosed on documentation under #2.
As always, if a file is terminated while "pending", no charges will be incurred by the agent partner.
- Unpaid invoices of over 5 days will be charged a $50 late fee, unless arrangements have been made with Rebecca.
- Unpaid invoices of over 15 days will be charged an additional $150 fee and submitted to broker.
